Marymount International School London is a Catholic, independent, college-preparatory boarding and day school for girls in Grades 6 to 12. It is a seven-year comprehensive private high school in England, serving students from over 50 different countries. The school has a 7-acre (28,000 m2) campus in an exclusive private residential area, only 12 miles from central London.
An International Baccalaureate World School, the School offers the IB Diploma and the IB Middle Years Programme. All students graduate with a Marymount High School Diploma in addition to any IB Diploma/Certificates.
Marymount London was established in 1955 by the Religious of the Sacred Heart of Mary (RSHM) to offer continuity of education to the daughters of American families living and working abroad. Currently students come from business, professional, and diplomatic families. Today about 55 different nationalities are represented within the student body.
Marymount is part of the RSHM Network of Schools worldwide, with member schools in Europe and North and South America. Marymount is also a member of the Girls' Schools Association(GSA), the Boarding Schools Association(BSA), and the London International Schools Association (LISA). It is accredited by the Independent Schools Council (ISC), the Council of International Schools (CIS) and the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA).

In 2011, 20% of Marymount IB Diploma candidates received a score of 40 points or higher, placing them in the top 5% worldwide. In 2011 one candidate received a perfect score, a result achieved by less 0.2% of students worldwide. This is all the more impressive since the candidate took a seventh subject - Further mathematics- taken by barely a hundred brave students in the world. In 2008, one Marymount candidate received a perfect result of 45 points. In 2007, two Marymount IB Diploma candidates received the perfect score of 45 points, two of only 65 students in the world. [2]
